境外旅客購物離境退稅“即買即退”服務指引

　　離境退稅“即買即退”便利服務是指境外旅客在本市退稅商店購買退稅物品時，簽訂協議書並辦理信用卡預授權後，即可在現場領取與退稅款等額的人民幣款項。

　　辦理條件：

　　1.同一境外旅客同一日在同一退稅商店購物金額在200元至22.22萬元；

　　2.退稅物品尚未啟用或消費。

　　3.境外旅客承諾于購物開單後28天（含）內，由本人隨身攜帶或隨行托運所購退稅物品從上海口岸離境，且境外旅客離境日距入境日未超過183天；

　　4.境外旅客已購物並取得退稅物品銷售發票和《離境退稅申請單》；

　　5.境外旅客持有可操作預授權擔保的信用卡；

　　辦理步驟：

　　1.境外旅客提供本人信用卡進行預授權；

　　2.境外旅客簽字確認協議書；

　　3.現場領取與實退稅款等額的人民幣款項；

　　4.離境前需將未啟用的退稅物品向海關辦理驗核，並將經海關驗核簽章的《離境退稅申請單》投遞至口岸隔離區內的“即買即退專屬郵筒”，無需至退稅點窗口排隊辦理。

'Refund-Upon-Purchase' Service for Overseas Visitors

　　The refund-upon-purchase service allows overseas visitors to receive the equivalent amount of their tax refund in renminbi on the spot when purchasing eligible goods at designated stores in Shanghai. To do so, visitors must sign a service agreement and complete a credit card pre-authorization.

　　Eligibility

　　1.On the same day, the same overseas visitor must spend between 200 yuan and 222,200 yuan at the same store.

　　2.The goods must not have been used or consumed.

　　3.The visitor must personally carry or check in the goods when departing China via a Shanghai port within 28 days (inclusive) of the purchase date and within 183 days of their most recent entry.

　　4.The visitor has completed the purchase and obtained both the sales invoice(s) and the Tax Refund Application Form for Overseas Visitors.

　　5.The visitor holds a credit card that supports pre-authorization as a guarantee.

　　Procedure

　　1.Provide a credit card for pre-authorization.

　　2.Sign the service agreement.

　　3.Receive the equivalent amount of the actual tax refund in renminbi on the spot.

　　4.Before departure, present the unused goods to Customs for inspection, then place the application form (bearing the Customs verification seal) into the dedicated mailbox located in the departure lounge, after clearing Customs and security. There is no need to wait in line at the tax-refund counter.
