雙語話個稅：A Quick Guide for Foreign Individuals to Register on the Individual Income Tax App 外籍個人註冊個稅App操作手冊

　　首先，我們打開個人所得稅App，點擊下方功能表欄【我的】-【註冊/登錄】，可以看到有兩種註冊方式——“人臉識別認證註冊”和“大廳註冊碼註冊”。

　　First, open the Individual Income Tax App. Tap [Mine] at the bottom, then select [Register/Login]. You will see two options,[Register via Face Recognition] and [Register via Tax Office Registration Code].

　　這時，我們需要先看看手裏面拿的有效證件是什麼類型。因為【人臉識別認證註冊】目前只支援居民身份證、港澳居民來往內地通行證、台灣居民來往大陸通行證、中國護照、外國人永久居留身份證（外國人永久居留證）、中華人民共和國港澳居民居住證和中華人民共和國台灣居民居住證。

　　Now you may start by checking the type of valid ID document on hand. The [Register via Face Recognition] option only works with the following documents: ID Card, Mainland Travel Permit for Hong Kong and Macao Residents, Mainland Travel Permit for Taiwan Residents, Chinese Passport, Foreign Permanent Resident ID Card (Foreign Permanent Resident Card), Residence Permit for Hong Kong and Macao Residents, and Residence Permit for Taiwan Residents.

　　如果您手中持有以上證件之一，選擇【人臉識別認證註冊】，這時頁面會出現“自然人電子稅務局用戶註冊協議”，點擊【同意】。

　　If your ID document type is listed above, select [Register via Face Recognition]. Then tap [Agree] on the "User Registration Agreement" page.

　　選擇您持有的【證件類型】並正確填寫證件號碼、姓名、國籍（地區）等註冊資訊。

　　Choose your [ID Document Type] and enter the required details, including ID number, name, and nationality (region).

　　點擊【開始人臉識別】，待完成人臉識別後，在“用戶註冊”頁填寫密碼、手機號碼，輸入短信驗證碼，就完成註冊啦！

　　Tap [Start Face Recognition]. After scanning, you will find the "User Registration" page. You can fill in your password and mobile number here, and then enter the SMS verification code to complete.

　　如果您手中沒有以上類型的證件，就只能選擇【大廳註冊碼註冊】了哦。

　　If your ID document type is NOT listed above, you can turn to the [Register via Tax Office Registration Code] option.

　　【大廳註冊碼註冊】需要您攜帶本人有效證件前往辦稅服務廳，工作人員會給您發放一個註冊碼。需要注意的是，拿到之後一定要在7天內通過個人所得稅App中的【大廳註冊碼註冊】進行認證。

　　In this case, please go to the tax service hall with your valid ID document, where you will be issued a registration code. The code is valid for the App within 7 days.

　　和【人臉識別認證註冊】一樣，選擇【大廳註冊碼註冊】後，我們會看到“自然人電子稅務局用戶註冊協議”，點擊【同意】。

　　Similar to [Register via Face Recognition], you will see the "User Registration" page after selecting [Register via Tax Office Registration Code], then tap [Agree] to continue.

　　填寫大廳註冊碼，選擇您持有的【證件類型】並正確填寫證件號碼、姓名、國籍（地區）等註冊資訊。

　　Enter the registration code, select your [ID Document Type], and fill in your ID number, name, and nationality (region).

　　點擊【下一步】，在“用戶註冊”頁填寫密碼、手機號碼，輸入短信驗證碼，即完成註冊啦！

　　Tap [Next]. On the "User Registration" page, fill in your password and mobile number, and then enter the SMS verification code. Now you are all set!
