　　According to the Notice on Canceling Certain Enterprise-Related Administrative Charges ([2011] No. 9 issued by the Comprehensive Department of the Ministry of Finance), the charge for tax registration certificates has been canceled. Besides, in line with the Notice by the General Office of the State Council on Accelerating the Advancement of the Registration System Reform of “Five-in-One License” and “One License, One Code” ([2016] No. 53 issued by the General Office of the State Council), taxes and social security registrations have been included in the business license, so separate registration procedures are no longer required.
