导航离境退税“即买即退”便利服务是指境外旅客在本市指定退税商店购物，在获取《境外旅客购物离境退税申请单》后，可先行领取相当于退税物品实退增值税款等额的人民币现金。
办理条件：
1.在指定退税商店购物金额在500元至30000元之间；
2.境外旅客承诺于购物开单后17天（含）内，由本人随身携带或随行托运所购退税物品，自本市口岸离境，且境外旅客离境日距入境日未超过183天；
3.境外旅客已购物并取得增值税普通发票和《境外旅客购物离境退税申请单》；
4.境外旅客本人持有可操作预授权担保的信用卡。
办理步骤：
1.境外旅客确认实退金额，刷本人信用卡进行预授权担保；
2.填写《离境退税便利服务权利义务告知书》，并领取现金。
注意事项：
1.离境时应按现行规定向海关办理退税物品验核；
2.可选择将资料投入设在离境口岸的离境退税“即买即退”业务专属邮箱，免排队“非接触式”办理退税确认手续；
3.若发生不符合“即买即退”条件的情形，代理机构将通过预授权进行扣款，如符合一般离境退税条件的仍可按一般离境退税流程办理退税。
When travelers from overseas and those from Hong Kong (China), Macau (China) and Taiwan (China) purchase tax free goods and complete the Tax Refund Application Forms in designated Tax Free Shops in Shanghai, travelers can immediately receive the tax refund in cash upon purchase.
Application Requirements:
1.The purchase amount in designated Tax Free Shops is from CNY 500 to CNY 30000.
2.The traveler is to leave Mainland China at the departure port of Shanghai in 17 days with the tax free goods exported in the traveler’s personal carry-on or checked luggage. The traveler stay in Mainland China for no more than 183 consecutive days.
3.The traveler has obtained the VAT invoice and the Tax Refund Application Form.
4.The traveler holds a credit card ready for pre-authorization guarantee.
Procedures:
1.Confirm the amount of tax refund and use credit card for pre-authorization.
2.Sign the Notification on Tax Refund Convenient Service and receive the tax refund in cash.
Notes:
1.At the airport or port, the traveler shall go through the customs verification process for tax refund in accordance with the regulations.
2.At the airport or port, “Exclusive for Buy & Refund Service” mail boxes are available where the tax refund related documents can be left for further processing.
3.If the requirements of convenient service are not met, the tax refund agency will charge the traveler’s credit card. If the requirements of general tax refund are met, the traveler still can go through the general process to get the tax refund.
